Ghale Gaun is a fascinating Gurung village, blessed with unrivaled spectacular splendors and home to the Ghales, who are the renowned Gurungs of western Nepal's mid-hill people. Bird watching at Talangyo Lake, Utter Kanya Temple, Pempro Fall, Batase Cave, Khudi hydroelectric dam site, and the tea garden at Ghalegaun are some of the most popular attractions.

Access and accommodation: The most common route to reach Ghale Gaun is through Besisahar-Baglungpani-Kapur Gaun route and is a 7-hour drive from Kathmandu. You can find community homestays and teahouses all around the village.
